Position: EHS Product Compliance Technologies

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client partners to understand process requirements and translate them into system designs and ERP functional solutions in SAP ECC6 and S/4 HANA.
  • Prepare detailed functional requirements and specification documents to assist the technical team in developing WRICEF objects for SAP EHS & PLM related modules.
  • Define, design, build, test, and oversee the implementation of end-to-end SAP and non-SAP functional solutions, including systems, interfaces, and platform changes.
  • Assess and design scalable technologies, making non-ERP solution recommendations.
  • Perform functional and integration tests to confirm solution design before deployment.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, diagnose problems, and design solutions.
  • Collaborate with external AMS partners to meet SLA’s.
  • Manage IT projects and support in the EHS/Quality Management area (e.g., Gensuite, Cority, Intelex).
  • Apply and adhere to IT standards including security, data privacy, quality, project management, and process.
  • Deliver quality solutions within scope and timeline.
  • Manage business and IT stakeholders.

Hard Skills:

  • 7-10 years of demonstrable application knowledge in SAP EHS, and/or Recipe Development and their integration with other SAP modules.
  • Hands-on experience in 2-3 complete SAP ECC/S4 HANA EHS and/or Recipe Development implementations.
  • Basic understanding of all SAP modules and their integration.
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to operate at an appropriate level of detail for stakeholders, leading process mapping exercises.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate complex concepts with clarity.
  • Experience contributing to and leading multi-functional project delivery.
  • Experience in multinational enterprise environments, working with multicultural global teams, delivering ERP solutions through project implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of project management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or information technology.
  • 10 years total experience, with 7-10 years in SAP.
  • Strong foundation of standard SAP processes and modules.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Proven leadership skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Global experience.
  • Agile and/or PMI certification.
  • SAP S4HANA experience or certification(s).
  • SAP Development (i.e., ABAP, Fiori) knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • EHS Process and other EHS digital solutions knowledge is a plus.
