Job Opportunity: HSE Manager for Solar Projects in Jaipur

To oversee Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices within solar projects, ensuring compliance with legal and statutory regulations and promoting a culture of safety.

Responsibilities:

Safety Program Implementation: Effectively implement and evaluate organizational safety programs across projects.

Safety Culture: Foster a strong safety culture within the team.

Training Coordination: Identify training needs and facilitate in-house or external training in collaboration with central HSE.

Process Monitoring: Monitor HSE processes and procedures, driving continual improvement based on root cause analysis and operational experience.

Risk Management: Track health and safety metrics, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.

Site Collaboration: Work closely with site teams and QHSE teams to implement and enhance EHS systems at project sites.

Regulation Updates: Stay updated with applicable HSE regulations and ensure timely compliance.

Inspections and Audits: Conduct safety inspections and audits, supporting sites to enhance safe working environments.

Accident Investigation: Assist in investigating accidents and near-misses, preparing reports, and implementing findings.

Reporting: Prepare and present monthly HSE metrics reports to management.

Subcontractor Evaluation: Assist in evaluating subcontractors based on their HSE performance.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Engineering degree in a relevant field.

Proven experience in HSE management, particularly in solar projects.

Strong understanding of HSE regulations and safety programs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
