HR Coordinator

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Transactional and Administrative Support:

Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage job postings, coordinate pre-employment activities such as medical screenings and background checks, handle employment contracts, and collect new hire paperwork. Facilitate offboarding processes, including final pay and company property returns.

Benefits Administration: Administer Leave of Absence Programs, respond to leave queries, and assist with employee benefit enrollment and documentation.

Records Management: Conduct regular audits of employee records for accuracy and completeness. Ensure proper filing and storage of all employee documentation in compliance with data protection regulations.

General HR Support: Provide prompt and accurate responses to HR-related inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Support HR projects and initiatives related to transitioning international HR tasks to the India Employee Solutions Center. Assist with daily tasks and projects under the guidance of Employee Solutions Center leadership.

HSE – Health Safety & Environment:

Adhere to Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Follow Company Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Systems.

Promote environmental sustainability through waste reduction and advocating for eco-friendly practices.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not involve direct supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate from any discipline; relevant degree in HRM preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience supporting global HR operations and service delivery, with a strong emphasis on global HR practices.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics:

Proficiency in utilizing case management systems to support stakeholders effectively.

Experience in data analytics and reporting.

Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and contractual agreements.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and with external partners.

Outstanding organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and a commitment to accuracy.
