HSE Specialist

Job Description

In the QHSE Services team at EBSC, Global Manufacturing, you'll manage and enhance HSE processes and promote a safety & quality culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Document, implement, and update HSE policies and procedures (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and coordinate with statutory authorities.
  • Conduct internal audits, HSE reviews, and training sessions.
  • Perform trend analysis on HSE metrics and report as per GRI protocols.
  • Lead global HSE initiatives and support corporate HSE goals.
  • Oversee HSE performance, incident analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Provide technical guidance and establish standardized risk reduction practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Health, Safety, or related field.
  • 10+ years in a practical environment with experience in EHS IT applications preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive with minimal oversight and in a collaborative environment.
  • Effective communication skills and project management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean Six Sigma concepts is beneficial.
